Our Services
Organizations need different levels of support depending on the families they serve. While some teams need foundational parent training, serving families with high-acuity needs requires advanced clinical skills and strong operational systems working together. Our tiers range from building core services to supporting deep, sustainable change for programs serving the most complex families.
We offer three core training and consultation tiers, each combining asynchronous learning with live, interactive instruction and consultation. Packages range from 9 to 28 hours, allowing organizations to select the level of support that best meets their goals, resources, and implementation needs.

Our short course providing foundational education and training for professionals who work with and support children, teens and their caregivers navigating common behavioral challenges, such as tantrums, talking back, ADHD, occasional physical aggression, and frequent meltdowns. Best suited for professionals who are working primarily in outpatient settings, private practice, and community mental health.
Tier I is focused on education and does not include clinical or operational consultation.9 hours total (4 hours asynch, 5 hours live)

Our advanced course is geared toward professionals who work frequently with children, teens, and their caregivers navigating high-acuity behavioral and emotional challenges, including severe aggression, threats of harm to self or others, property destruction, elopement, and significant emotional dysregulation. Our model focuses on improving emotion regulation for the whole family. Best suited for professionals who support families experiencing frequent crises and who require ongoing access to crisis, emergency, or inpatient services.
This tier dives deeper into supporting families with more complex needs, including trauma, domestic violence, abuse, adoption, severe emotion dysregulation, and crisis-level concerns. Participants also learn strategies for engaging complex families in treatment, addressing treatment-interfering behaviors for both caregivers and clinicians, and working effectively with crisis supports.
Tier II includes three months of structured clinical consultation and a basic operations review with two operations focused consultations.17 hours total (3 hours asynch, 14 hours live)

Designed for teams looking for deeper support in putting the training into practice, Tier III includes everything in Tiers I and II along with intensive clinical and operational consultation. Our team works closely with yours to review program infrastructure, identify opportunities to strengthen resource utilization and implementation, and support the redesign of an existing program or development of a new one from the ground up.
A minimum of six months of clinical and operational consultation helps your team build sustainable capacity to effectively serve children and families across all levels of care within the externalizing behavior population.
